Water Temp 70-74 Degrees Crappie: We have found crappie fishing to be a little slower than last week. Still finding fish from 12-18' and catching them on jigs and minnows in the brush piles and stake beds. on creek channels and points. Water Temp 70-74 Crappie fishing has been on fire this week. Caught good numbers and size on jigs and minnows in 12 - 18' of water. The bite is very light so a good feel is key. we were fishing brush tops and stake beds on creek channel banks.
